1. About TradeRope

TradeRope (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”) is a trade journaling and analytics SaaS for personal trade review, record organization, and performance visualization. By using TradeRope, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What TradeRope Is

TradeRope helps you organize your own trading records, review your trading behavior based on imported historical data, and visualize performance patterns over time. All analysis is based solely on data you upload.

3. What TradeRope Is Not

TradeRope does not provide any of the following:

• Investment advice or financial recommendations
• Buy or sell signals of any kind
• Automated trading or order execution
• Brokerage, exchange, or custody services
• Money movement, transfer, or settlement of funds
• Guaranteed returns or profit promises

All charts, statistics, and analysis are provided solely for personal record-keeping, learning, and behavioral review. They do not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

4. Accounts, Trial and Subscriptions

Accounts are created through self-service sign-up. Every account starts with a 14-day full-feature free trial and no payment method is required to begin it. After the trial you may subscribe to one of two tiers, monthly or yearly, billed in USD; pricing is shown on the Pricing page before any payment is made. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, which also processes refunds — a first subscription is fully refundable within 14 days. When a trial or subscription ends, the account becomes read-only: data you already imported stays visible and new collection stops.

5. Data You Upload

You retain ownership of the trading data you upload. By uploading data, you grant TradeRope a limited license to process and display that data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis results are accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeRope shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
