Availability

TradeRope is available on two paid subscription tiers, monthly or yearly, billed in USD. Every account starts with a 14-day full-feature free trial and no payment method is required to start the trial, so no charge occurs unless you choose to subscribe.

Refund Window

First-time subscriptions are fully refundable, no questions asked, within 14 days of the charge. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record; refunds are processed by that provider, which is why there is no refund button inside the product.

Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.
• After a subscription lapses, your account drops to read-only: the data you already imported stays visible, and new data collection stops.
• Mid-term cancellation of an annual plan is not pro-rated by default; an accidental renewal charge is refunded in full if reported within 72 hours.
• Requests outside the stated window are reviewed case by case.
